Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a social housing organisation, based in Peterborough with their recruitment of an interim Complaints Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a complaints team within a social housing setting.
What will you do in the role?
- Co-ordination and oversight of ombudsman requests for evaluation
- Action the judgements and findings from the ombudsman
- Management of the complaints team of 6 Officers and a Team Leader
Who would excel in this role?
- Someone who can hit the ground running, with experience of managing a team of complaints officers
- Experienced in handling and actioning judgements and findings from the ombudsman
