I am currently working with a housing association in Nottingham, looking for a Interim Compliance Manager

Are you an experienced Compliance manager? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring the safety and compliance of our properties? If so, we could do with your help on an interim basis!

Role Overview:
You will be professionally accountable for ensuring that our housing stock is safe and meets all legislative requirements. This will be focused in areas such as:
* Gas
* Electricity
* Legionella
* Asbestos
* Fire
* Radon
* Lifts etc
Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with all regulations and guidelines. Develop and maintain robust procedures.
Contract Performance Management: Oversee and manage contracts in a consistent and efficient manner. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and delivered to a high standard, meeting agreed specifications and performance targets.
Value for Money: Continuously assess and optimize management contracts to achieve value for money, making sure resources are utilized efficiently.
Tenant Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction by ensuring that practices are responsive, professional, and meet tenant expectations.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in safety management and compliance.
* Strong knowledge of legislative requirements.
* Exceptional contract management and negotiation skills.
* Effective communication and leadership abilities.
* Commitment to safety and compliance.
* Relevant certifications and qualifications in asbestos management (desirable).
