Interim Facilities Manager
Salary - up to £65K

Our client, based in Oxford, is leading the way with its passion for science; helping patients immune systems navigate their way to overcoming illness. As Facilities Manager you will ensure that the entire facility is not just a building, but a beacon of innovation and safety!
What will I be doing?
You will ensure that all facilities provide a safe and productive working environment, continually driving improvement change by implementing solutions and policies to future proof both laboratories and offices.
With direct line management of a team of Lab services professionals, you will ensure the team have the tools and environment to succeed. Overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance and organisation of the Lab and wider facilities, you will also foster and drive a culture of safety.

Am I right for the job?
You will have proven experience in managing life science laboratory facilities (GxP), together with demonstrable project management skills. A degree in science, as well as H&S qualifications are essential for this position.
