Principal Duties:

• Overseeing the Soft Services Facilities of a large corporate office building
• Soft Services management will cover catering, grounds maintenance and security
• Client liaison and client relationship development
• Overseeing health and safety management
• Budget Management
• Management of Soft Services staff
• Ensuring SLA's are adhered to

Essential Requirements and Experience:

• A background in Soft Services Facilities management - specifically related to Catering and hospitality
• Catering, hospitality and security related facilities management experience
• Very good experience in building and maintaining client relationships
• Budget management experience
• Staff management experience
• Oxford
