Interim Finance Business Partner

This temporary Finance Business Partner role in the Accounting & Finance department calls for a diligent individual with experience working with large data sets to produce financial reports using excel.The successful candidate will be based in Buckingham ( 4 days office, 1 day home) and will play an instrumental role in driving the financial objectives of the organisation.

Description

The primary purpose of the role is to assist the existing Team with day to day Partnering Support of budget holders across the company, which ensures financial resources are manged effectively in pursuit of our long-term strategic objectives and short-term financial management and performance demands.

Through the Business Partnering approach, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, the team provides a planning and financial management service which ensures efficient and effective financial and business planning, balancing of resources and reporting across the business.

Assist in the input of Management Accounting and Financial Planning inputs to the new ERP system as we go through the process of migration.

Profile

A successful Business Partner should have:

• A qualified Accountant or Qualified By Experience
• Business Partnering experience
• Experience producing management reporting from excel
• Ideally experience in a ERP implementation/ migration
• Local to Buckingham as a minimum of 4 days per week are required in the office
