Job Description
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, delivering accurate forecasting and strategic insights.
- Develop and implement financial systems and processes to drive efficiency.
- Provide financial guidance and support to the senior leadership team (Managing Director).
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all financial functions.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Support the company's strategic initiatives and growth plans.
- Lead and mentor a team of 6 finance professionals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Finance Director should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant PQE
- Demonstrated experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Proven experience in implementing financial systems and improving processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
