Finatal are currently working with a mid-market Private Equity fund to find an Interim FD for one of their SaaS portfolio companies. The organization is currently undergoing a phase of accelerated expansion and is actively seeking a seasoned operator to facilitate the seamless integration of their recent acquisitions whilst keeping on top of the day-to-day finance function. The ideal candidate for this role should possess extensive expertise in executing buy-and-build strategies within the context of private equity backing.

Role responsibilities:

• Improve internal and external financial reporting
• Ensure synergies from investment are delivered
• Assist on a debt raise for further acquisitions

Requirements:

• Qualified CA
• Experience working for a PE backed SaaS business
• Track record with M&A and integration of new assets
