Description

• Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure
• Coordinate, analyse and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors
• Preparation of all financial reporting
• Manage budgeting process
• Oversee the preparation of year-end accounts and liaising with auditors
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
• Develop financial and tax strategies
• Manage company's cash flow and forecasting

Profile

A successful Interim Finance Director should have:

• Qualified ACA / ACMA / ACCA finance professional
• Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing industry
• Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact at all levels
• Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting
• Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions
• Ability to inspire confidence and create trust
