Part-Time Interim Finance Director – The Role:

As the Part-Time Interim Finance Director, you will oversee the financial operations of our client's educational institution. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial stability and success of the organisation.

Part-Time Interim Finance Director– Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure long-term sustainability

- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

- Lead and mentor the finance team

- Collaborate with various departments to meet financial objectives

- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes

- Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives

Part-Time Interim Finance Director – You:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)

- Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the education sector

- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise effectively

- Proficiency in financial software and systems

- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in the education sector
