Boston Hale is working with one of London's most reputable not for profit organisations. The role is an Interim Finance Manager for a minimum of 3 months.
The main purpose is to manage the income and cash handling of the organisation and oversee financial data to ensure all income is received and processed in a timely manner.
The role would suit someone who has managed a finance team, has reviewed day to day financial operations and has been involved in audits.
Duties:
- Managing and developing a finance team
- Ensuring invoices are prepared efficiently and to timetable
- Ensuring that donation information is accurate and reconciles to donation income
- Daily management of cash
- Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
- Identifying errors and inconsistencies in GL and preparing correction journals
- Assisting in audits and year end
Essentials:
- Part qualified CCAB or Qualified by Experience
- Previous experience in managing finance teams
- Previous experience in assisting in audits and year end
