Interim Finance Officer

Our client are a Public sector organisation located North Sheffield, there is an immediate opportunity for a part qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent Accountant to join them for a 12 month fixed term contract. The business offers flexible working, Hybrid remote working and excellent benefits.
The role will support the business through a transitional period, This may well lead to longer term prospects with the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting with monthly Management Accounts
Budget Monitoring
Accruals & pre payments
Supporting Month end processes
Capital reporting
Support Year end activities
Balance sheet management
Costing
Adhoc duties as required
This role offers an opportunity to develop your experience within a supportive and proactive Team environment, You will be required to demonstrate sound accounting knowledge along with a pro active and flexible approach
