Interim Financial Controller

Cedar have exclusively partnered with a PE backed manufacturing business in their search for an Interim Financial Controller to assist them for an initial 3-6 month contract. The business have recently been acquired by a PE firm. To be considered for this role, you will ideally need experience of working within a PE backed manufacturing business.

This role falls outside IR35 and will require you to travel at least 2-3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up cash flow management
• Build and maintain detailed cash flow models to monitor and forecast cash positions
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
• Align reporting with PE firms requirements
• Support with system implementation
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions for reliable P&L statements

Your Profile:

• Qualified Accountant - ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent
• Proven experience of in financial leadership roles within PE backed manufacturing companies
• Proficient in building and managing cash flow models
• Strong understanding of working capital
