We are currently working with a Borough Council north of London to recruit an interim Group Accountant for an initial contract of 3 months. This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be in office once a month or when needed. You will be responsible for supporting the Capital closedown process and managing the Capital year end closure.
The successful candidate will part or fully qualified, with excellent financial accounting skills and experienced in closedown of Capital accounts. Experience in a local government setting is required.
