Interim Financial Reporting Manager - Real Estate Investments (12m Contract)

We are partnering with a well known global property development and investment firm who are seeking to hire a Group Financial Reporting Manager on a contract basis.

Pay rate: £400-450 per day via umbrella
Duration: 12 months

Office based in Mayfair

This role will report directly to the Finance Director for the Group and responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of Financial Reporting for a number of legal entities and the Group statutory returns under IFRS
• Group multicurrency financial consolidations
• Review of technical accounting matters
• Regulatory & Tax returns

This role will suit:

• A qualified accountant, 2+ years qualified (preference for ACA, ACCA, or similar)
• External audit trained
• Have had experience in a Group Financial Reporting role
• Strong technical accounting skills under IFRS
• Real Estate investment firm or private equity experience or similar is a big plus
• Available to start in March or early April at the latest
