Risk Assessment and Analysis:

- Analyse risks and their potential impact on the organization's objectives and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
Risk Management Framework:
- Develop and implement a robust risk management framework aligned with the organization's objectives, policies, and regulations.
- Establish risk management processes, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and efficient risk mitigation strategies.
Risk Monitoring and Reporting:
- Continuously monitor and evaluate risks within the organization and their evolution over time.
- Prepare regular risk reports for senior management, board members, and relevant stakeholders, highlighting key risk areas, trends, and mitigation efforts.
