- Developing a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, ensuring the delivery of innovative products to the market.
- Create a culture of excellence and innovation within the team, mentoring AI engineers and fostering a collaborative environment for growth.
- Ensure the application of AI technologies, following industry standards and best practices.
- Utilise your extensive expertise in AI, machine learning, and software development to oversee the creation of scalable, impactful AI solutions.
- Lead the AI team in transforming initiatives from concept to commercial success, ensuring they exceed market expectations.
Required Experience:
- Leadership experience, developing and executing forward-thinking AI strategies. As well as history of leading teams through the entire product lifecycle – from proof of concept to deployment – in agile settings.
- Demonstrated success in mentoring AI engineering teams, developing a culture of collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Command over AI and machine learning technologies, underpinned by a programming foundation in Python. Proficient in employing CI/CD methodologies and leveraging cloud services like AWS, Azure, and specialized platforms such as GPT and Hugging Face for scalable AI solution development.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models. Extensive hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain, alongside proficiency in MLOps practices to streamline the deployment of AI models.
- Ability to articulate complex technical solutions and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration of AI technologies into broader product and service offerings.
