Interim Head Of Financial Reporting

I'm working with a PE Backed Financial Services company who are undergoing a carve out process. They are looking for a technically strong accounting expert who can come in and assist in setting up their Financial Reporting

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a business who are already leaders in their field but to have a blank canvas to set up the finance processes as required.

• Set up Financial Reporting from scratch - both consolidated and statutory reporting processes
• Work with an outsourced accounting function to set up processes
• Prepare the company for their first year of preparing financial statements and audit
• Ensure all accounting policies and controls are in place

You will need to be an experience financial controller or Head of reporting from a global company. Financial services/insurance/professional services is a must. Experience in setting up processes in a PE backed environment.

This is a 6 month contract paying between £800-£1000/day outside IR35
