Interim Head of FP&A

Robert Half is partnered with a leading business in Staffordshire to recruit an Interim Head of FP&A. This role will be for a period 6 - 9 Months while the incumbent moves on to a project.

This role is based in Staffordshire with hybrid working on offer.

The Role
As the Head of FP&A, you will be instrumental in shaping our financial future. You'll lead a dedicated team, providing critical insights that influence our strategic decisions. This role is not just about numbers; it's about adding real value through financial leadership and innovation.

What You'll Do
- Spearhead the FP&A function, guiding a team to new heights of success.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, offering key financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage comprehensive P&L responsibilities, steering the company through robust financial reporting and analysis.
- Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial accuracy and foresight.
- Engage in high-level financial modelling, playing a pivotal role in business development and growth strategies.
- Utilise your expertise to enhance the financial performance of the company, identifying risks and opportunities, and leading initiatives for financial improvement.

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has a wealth of experience in FP&A, ideally within a PE backed environment
- Possesses exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to develop and nurture a high-performing team.
- Demonstrates superior analytical skills, with a proven track record in financial modelling and strategic planning.
- Excels in communication, able to convey complex financial concepts in an understandable manner.
- Holds a relevant professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
