Description
Due to a change in leadership, our client is seeking an immediately available Interim Head of HR to manage a small HR team. The Interim Head of HR will;
- Provide operational leadership in the Human Resources department.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships
- Support the recruitment coordinator on recruitment processes
- Support managers with Employee Relations cases at mid/low volume and risk
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Profile
The successful Interim Head of HR should have/be:
- Immediate availability for a short-term contract - initally on a 3 month basis to cover the permanent search process. There is potential for the successful interim candidate to be offered the permanent role
- Demonstrable experience at Senior HR Manager or Head of HR level, ideally within Educational settings
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Comprehensive understanding of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
