Job Description
- Identify and align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Analyse HR processes and recommend improvements
- Manage HR projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist in the implementation of HR systems and tools
- Conduct HR data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to resolve HR issues
- Provide guidance on HR policy interpretation and application
- Support the HR department in daily administrative tasks
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim HR Business Analyst should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Recent experience as a HR Business Analyst or similar HR role within a global matrixed Financial Services environment. (Investment Banking)
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Proficient in HR systems and databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
