You will sit within a medium sized department with plenty of support from all angles.DescriptionThe Interim HR Manager - Manufacturing will be responsible for:Strategically manage HR in line with the company objectivesWork alongside the Head of HR to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of employee talentNurture a positive working environmentOversee the operational running of the HR departmentReport to management and provide decision support through HR metricsEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource managementProfileThe ideal Interim HR Manager - Manufacturing will have the following skills/qualities:Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR ExecutivePeople-oriented and results-drivenDemonstrable experience with HR metricsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyImmediately Available/Available on short noticeIdeally CIPD qualified or qualified by experienceJob OfferThe Interim HR Manager - Manufacturing will receive:A competitive day rate of up to the equal of £60,000 salary per annumFree ParkingHybrid Working (60:40 split)A friendly, collaborative and inclusive company culture.Opportunities for professional development and experience within a highly regarded organisation
