The Bristol Old Vic is looking for a skilled Finance Manager to work with us for one year whilst we improve our sustainability through streamlining our systems and processes, reviewing our investments and growing our fundraising.
You will be involved not only with the award winning theatre productions, but also our bar, kitchen, workshop and events businesses as well as our exciting Film company.
You will manage a small team in delivering day to day financial support including management accounts for the Trust and subsidiaries. This includes liaising with all parts of the organisation and supporting colleagues with information and analysis.
This is not a business as usual role and offers an opportunity to work with a genuinely creative and kind team. The role is a Fixed Term Contract so may suit someone transitioning from a full time role into a fractional or contracting career.
The BOV is a subsidised theatre and a charity, and we recognise a need to be flexible in our working practices in mitigation. We have a 35 hour working week over 5 days, 33 days holiday and additional days for your birthday and Christmas Eve.
