HR Project Manager - HR & Payroll Transformation - Financial Services - Immediate start - London Hybrid - 12 month duration
In this interim role you will act as an Interim HR Project Manager to support a global HR and Payroll transformation project. You will support the business with HR Project management across all the HR change work streams including HR operations, HRIS and payroll by providing key project metrics, maintaining and updating trackers, logs and producing progress and status reports.
The successful candidate will have experience of working as an HR Project Manager as part of global HR transformation projects which have spanned both HR and Payroll Transformation. You will have experience of working in a global, matrix environment, financial services would be a distinct advantage. With a project management qualification you will be able to demonstrate your experience of project methodology and demonstrate how you track and produce reports. You will be able to commit to the 12 month duration and work from the London City office for 2 days per week. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice.
