Interim Ifrs Finance Reporting Lead At Global Insurance Client

Protiviti - a global management consulting firm, are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Controller to support our Global Insurance Client to oversee financial activities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide strategic guidance to optimise financial performance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic industry while working with a talented team in a global setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, analysis, and control functions within the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including IFRS17 reporting requirements, and drive adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, offering insights to support decision-making processes.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Lead process improvements around Oracle Fusion.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Financial Controller in a global Insurer needed
• Understands the orchestration and set up of a reporting team
• IFRS 4 & 17 knowledge
• Oracle Fusion experience
• Experience implementing financial controls
