Interim Management Accountant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail orientated Interim Management Accountant to join our client’s finance team based in Evesham on an 3 month basis.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will help ensure the smooth processing of the Management Accounting function and offer valued insight across the finance department.

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of Management Accounting information across multiple cost centres including reviewing coding of invoices, journal preparation and input, stock valuations, prepayments and accruals, and preparation of Management Accounts files.               
• Preparation of Management reporting to strict deadlines.
• Preparation of annual budget information across multiple cost centres/departments.
• Presenting financial information at meetings.
• Liaison with Purchase Ledger regarding invoice queries, purchase orders, and payments, plus checking payment runs and assisting with foreign payments.
• Completion of bank reconciliations at each month end.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, and statutory regulations including the GDPR
• Provide support for wider Finance function as required.

Enthusiasm, communication skills and ability to prioritise are essential for success along with strong IT and management accounting experience.

The ideal candidate will be Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA or hold the relevant experience. This is an on-site role with some flexibility extended.
