Head Of Asset Information Management

Would you like to help an enterprise scale organisation release the potential of their asset data?
As Head of Asset Information you would lead and motive a great team who collate, manage and maintain the broad datasets of a large social housing property estate.
The team develop and deliver broad ranging reports for various business stakeholders and also reports for the associated regulatory bodies from large dynamic datasets. There’s a focus here on data quality, data reliability and data availability. The data is crucial to key business decisions and investments for now and for the future.
The organisation has recently completed a merger and are in the process of integrating the two asset systems into one. You will lead on the management and development of the Asset Management systems improvements and how the new single platform can be maximised in delivering new efficiencies and automation wherever possible.
There’s been a lot of good work getting the data into good shape and developing best practices around the Asset Information Management which is a journey you would continue – strategically and operationally, delivering further refinements.
