Head Of Asset & Property Management

A boutique London Propco are looking for a Head of Asset & Property Management to come in and spearhead the team during a period of exponential growth. The role will entail overseeing the Property Management team, as well as being hands on with the Asset Management initiatives.

This is a great position to implement strategy within the organisation and work across a diverse, national portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall strategy and day to day control of the Property and Asset Management functions.
• Proactive management and negotiation of key lease events.
• Approving service charge budgets, demands and apportionments.

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience across both Residential and Commercial assets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the relevant legislation.
• Ability to manage and lead a team.
