As a Property Manager, your responsibilities will include…

• Overseeing & arranging works for multiple properties
• Providing solutions for maintenance issues
• Arranging annual gas safety certifications
• General day-to-day management & organisation of tenancy paperwork
• Supporting the landlord with rental reviews & tenancy renewals
• Completing general Property Manager duties

We are looking for a Property Manager with the following skills and experience…

• Minimum of 2 year’s experience as a Property Manager
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
