Head of Asset Management and Compliance
Full time and permanent role, 35 hours. Salary is £74,200 per annum.
About the role
In this role you be responsible for planning and delivering an asset management strategy which ensures IDS properties are well maintained, meet all legislative requirements and in keeping with agreed budgets. You will develop and maintain expert relationships across a range of health and safety areas to proactively engage their support both in preventative work and developing a long-term investment approach.
We are looking for someone with experience in planned maintenance and large-scale projects within a build environment.
You will be expected to present and provide key information to the board and senior leaders therefore effective stakeholder management experience is essential. We are also looking for someone with experience of managing technical consultants and experience in developing policy frameworks covering health and safety and asset management strategies.
