Description
- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of properties
- Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
- Developing and implementing property management policies and procedures
- Managing budgets and financial forecasts for properties
- Coordinating with tenants to address their concerns and ensure their satisfaction
- Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and contractors
- Preparing performance reports for senior management
- Identifying and implementing initiatives to increase property values
Profile
A successful Property and Asset Manager should have:
- A degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in property management or a related role
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
- A comprehensive understanding of property laws and regulations
