SalaryCobalt have been instructed to secure the appointment of an Assistant Manager, Asset Management for the international real estate operator of a foreign pension fund. The company has over $70bn AUM globally, with an ever-expanding footprint in the UK.
Responsibilities:
Developing marketing strategy to establish market positioning, pricing, and segmentation of the portfolio.
Repositioning of assets, enhancing cash flow and asset value.
Collating and preparing annual budgets and reports, considering financial performance, leasing status and rental collection.
Ensuring, with the support of the Property Manager, the assets are suitably maintained, managed and compliant.
Developing and nurturing relationships with occupiers and engaging with stakeholders from local authorities, agents, and consultants.
Mentoring and guiding junior colleagues in their continued development.
Sourcing and analysing market intelligence to ensure competitiveness of the portfolio and service delivery.
Key role requirements:
Relevant Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management or equivalent.
4-6 years experience in asset management, leasing, and property management within the commercial sector of real estate.
Strong knowledge of the local market and key commercial assets in the locality.
Proven experience advising and managing relationships with high profile, international, multi-sector occupiers.
Naturally proactive and informative approach to relationship building and communication.
