Offering a salary up to £37,000 per year + Car allowance   Job Role Surveying assets of a multi-client portfolios Managing client relationships and regularly attending client meetings Regularly carrying out Commercial property inspections Reporting directly to the client Liaising with internal departments Knowledge of building and construction Ensuring service charts budgets and reconciliations are delivered Ensuring that required property databases are up to date Skills required   Previous Commercial property management experience is essential MRICS is not essential IT compliant (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Previous use of Property Management database
