Commercial Lawyer, Asset Management

This is a very exciting time for a senior Commercial Lawyer to join a financial services company with a start-up vibe which has doubled in size in the last year and is continuing to grow. Complimenting the existing legal department, you will take the lead supporting on all third party commercial contracts and associated documentation. You will require a good understanding of the EBA guidelines and FCA handbook and will be required manage external lawyers. You will get the opportunity to work directly with the business and have open dialogue with senior management who understand importance of the team.

We are looking for someone who is happy to take responsibility and up for a challenge, as this end to end solutions provider for the Asset Management industry continues to build out the legal function. Although a 6 month contract initially there is excellent prospects of the role becoming permanent and developing. To be considered for this position you need to have at least 5 years of commercial contracts experience, either from private practice or in a similar financial services company.
