This opportunity will report into the Head of pan-European Portfolio Management and be responsible for the strategic management of their UK Business Park and Logistics portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play an integral role within the team by setting and implementing asset strategies across the portfolio to optimise the investment performance and return.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implement leasing strategies and drive new lease negotiations.
- Integrate newly acquired properties into the portfolio.
- Manage capex and refurbishment budgets and projects.
- Monitor the asset performance and ensure they are within the range.
- Identify ways to improve processes and performance by presenting them to the board.
- Provide and present monthly and quarterly reports.
- Utilise numerical skills to produce analysis on tenancy schedules (there is also support from an Analyst).
- Coordinate risk management and implement ESG strategies at asset level.
Asset Management requirements:
- Degree qualified in Real Estate or Economics.
- Proven commercial asset management experience.
- Ability to work as a team and independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Financially literate and able to build formulas and analysis from scratch using Excel and interpret budgets, business plans and valuations.
- Strong negotiation skills.
Office based in Central London (3 days in office/2 days working from home).
Salary is £80,000 - £90,000 plus benefits and bonus.
