Senior Performance Analyst, Asset Manager

This global Asset Manager, recognised as a leader in the investment management industry, is seeking a dynamic Senior Performance Analyst for a newly created role within their established Performance team. As part of a global performance transformation project, this position will focus on multi-asset fund performance and attribution reporting across various assets, - fixed income, equity, multi-assets, and derivatives.
In addition to handling BAU responsibilities, you will actively contribute to projects and drive process automation, requiring a change-oriented mindset. This presents an excellent opportunity to collaborate within a cohesive team while evolving as a Performance Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for internal teams including the investment desks.
While experience with FactSet and Bloomberg PORT is advantageous, proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas, is essential. Candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years' performance and attribution experience, with exposure to fixed income in either a dedicated FI role or within multi-asset portfolios. The role offers room for manual intervention, providing ample opportunities to utilise your Excel and SQL skills to add value.
