Senior Manager, Esg Reporting Asset Management

We are currently seeking an expert individual to join this team in the role of Senior Manager, ESG Reporting Asset Management.

In this role you will:

1.     Develop and drive forward the reporting, analysis and governance for the strategically important, and fast developing, ESG initiative in Asset Management. 
2.    Ensure Group commitments are met with robust data and processes that can meet Group Assurance standards. 
3.    This role will deliver on annual ESG disclosure requirements for Group & subsidiaries, in line with evolving regulatory requirements (incl. NZAM, TCFD, CSRD) for Asset management. 
4.    There is a need to understand new and changing disclosure requirements, and how these can be best met through AM’s external reporting.
5.    Support/consult/engage/build relationships with key stakeholders within Asset mgmt. & HSBC Group

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

1.   Qualified accountant or QBE.
2.   Regulatory experience.
3.   Passionate about ESG.
4.    As a new role in a growing regulatory area candidates will need to be proactive and exercise judgement.

The base location for this role is London 8 Canada Square and with a hybrid working pattern.
