Job description
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual on an interim basis who will play a crucial role in the project delivery of a Central Government organisation's annual report and accounts.
Details:
Role Duration: Until the end of June 2024
Location: London-based, with office presence required two days per week
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all project communications, ensuring clear and effective messaging to stakeholdersDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, resource plans, communication plans, product lists, and critical pathsManage the production of project deliverables, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to the highest quality and standardsProvide advice on project management best practices, leveraging the latest project management toolsProactively manage project risks and issues on a day-to-day basis, escalating significant challenges to the project leadCollaborate seamlessly with designers to manage the design process, ensuring creative vision align with project goalsOversee the proofing, review, and approvals process to guarantee smooth workflows and final deliverablesRequirements:
Previous Central Government experience is essentialProven experience in project management, demonstrating successful delivery of projects on time and within budgetIn-depth experience in the preparation of comprehensive corporate reports for large organisationsStrong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiencesProficient in project management tools and methodologiesExcellent organisational and problem-solving abilitiesPrevious experience managing project risks and issues effectively
