This role is an interim opportunity for 3 months to support a well known National organisation through multiple projects including Pay Reviews, Holiday Pays, Job Gradings and more. This would be a great opportunity for an experienced Reward Consultant/Business Partner with previous Remuneration and Project management experience to see a variety of projects through to completion.

Our client is a well known National Utility organisation based in Reading. This role will be supported by a small but autonomous team. This role allows for a high level of involvement in Compensation and Benefits projects seeing them through to completion in a 3 month period.
Description
The Interim Reward Consultant will be responsible for:
- Project management duties supervising a 3rd party leading on a project on average holiday pay
- Complete projects on role gradings, pay reviews, remuneration etc.
- Various adhoc duties such as supporting with any pay review queries, supporting the pension function and more
Profile
The ideal Interim Reward Consultant will have the following skills/qualities:
- Seasoned Reward Contractor with proven success in interim opportunities
- Demonstrable project experience including project management
- Exposure within job evaluations, pay reviews and general remuneration projects
- Discrete, and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- Immediately Available/Available on short notice
