- You will need recent sales and coaching experience
You will be working as a SalesEnablement / Training Manager to assist with upskilling their sales teams. Youwill partner with the senior sales team to deliver their already existing12-week training programme and onboarding programmes and you will act as asubject expert for any challenges going forward. You will liaise with theirEMEA / APAC teams to develop their current programme to align with the companyrequirements.
What you'll needto succeed
You will need experience workingfor a large organisation within legal or professional services. You will havepreviously partnered with senior stakeholders to develop business strategiesand supported their training programmes across EMEA and APAC. You will need tobe organised, able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment andapply critical thinking to your workload. You must be available to startworking within the next month.
