You will be working asa Sales Enablement / Training Manager to assist with upskilling their salesteams. You will partner with the senior sales team to deliver their alreadyexisting 12-week training programme and onboarding programmes and you will act asa subject expert for any challenges going forward. You will liaise with theirEMEA / APAC teams to develop their current programme to align with the company requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
You will needexperience working for a large organisation within legal or professionalservices. You will have previously partnered with senior stakeholders todevelop business strategies and supported their training programmes across EMEAand APAC. You will need to be organised, able to thrive in a collaborative,fast-paced environment and apply critical thinking to your workload. You mustbe available to start working within the next month.
