They are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Production Manager (circa 3 months) with a background in Meat (preferable), Poultry, or Seafood, experience managing large teams (+100), and experience working with suppliers for major retailers, to join their team. As Senior Production Manager, you will manage all aspects of Production, including Days, Backs and Weekend Teams.
