As the Interim Talent Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Recruitment strategy and processes, ensuring the business attracts and identifies top-tier talent while strategically reducing costs. Candidate will ideally have extensive in-house recruitment experience, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, across multiple functions up to Director level.
- Lead, develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an efficient and effective service.
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Manage and enhance the company's employer brand in the market.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to the senior management team.
- Manage, track and make improvements to Applicant Tracking System, using data to best support the HR team and wider business.
Profile
A successful Interim Talent Acquisition Manager should have:
- Extensive In-house recruitment experience, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, across multiple functions.
- Professional Services experience highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in using ATS software and databases.
