Description

• Plan, manage and execute complex TUPE transfers.
• Negotiate with trade unions and employee representatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
• Guide the Human Resources team on TUPE matters.
• Collaborate with legal counsel on complex cases.
• Develop robust TUPE strategies and processes.
• Provide training to team members on TUPE-related matters.
• Act as a point of contact for all TUPE enquiries within the company.

Profile

A successful Interim TUPE Specialist should have:

• Profound knowledge of TUPE regulations and guidelines.
