We are looking for a strong Workforce Planning Lead (Band 8c level) to support an NHS organisation on an interim basis while the permanent role is recruited to.
As an interim, your key priority will be to lead on the Annual Business Planning round working with the gathered workforce data from across the entire organisation challenging where necessary. Typical data sets include:
Current Establishment
Proposed establishment changes
Agency spend
Workforce plans
You will need extensive, highly developed specialist Workforce knowledge gained from working in the NHS. There may be the requirement to lead on workforce modelling so experience in this area would be a huge advantage.
Whilst this is an interim role initially for 3 months, the permanent recruitment process will start and if this would be of interest we can certainly consider you for that as well.
You will ideally need to be on-site in Hampshire 1 or 2 days a week and the rest can be worked remotely.
