The Client:
Our client is a well-established consultancy practice, offering comprehensive cost and project management services to the construction industrys public and private sectors.
The Role:
As an Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead professional quantity surveying and construction cost consultancy services.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing contract documents, including bills of quantities and other tender documentation.
- Act as Project QS on public and private sector projects.
- Monitoring the projects advancement to ensure it stays within budget and on schedule.
- Maintain strong team and client relationships.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
- Possess relevant work experience.
- BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.
- Knowledge of construction project delivery under various contracts.
- Registered or eligible for registration under the Building Control Act 2007.
- Skilled in Buildsoft Cubit, Cost X, or similar software.
- Strong communication and IT skills.
- Chartered with SCSI RICS would be preferred.
- Valid driving licence.
