Internal Audit Manager

ARR (Audit and Risk Recruitment) has been mandated by our client, an innovative and growing challenger bank, in their search for an Internal Auditor.

Hybrid working 2-3 days in London

This is a newly created position (due to growth of the business) and will offer the successful candidate an exciting platform to grow within a high energy and collegiate Internal Audit function.

Audits will be varied and will include area such as consumer duty, outsourcing, operational resilience, model risk management, ILAP across both operational and conduct related areas.

This position will suit an Internal Audit professional looking to develop a career in financial services or an individual recently qualified from a practice / consultancy firm.

Background Requirements:

• UK audit experience is mandatory as well as some exposure to working in a regulated environment and / or with financial services clients.
• Qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIA are highly beneficial
• Experience of working with risk and controls based environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Team player
• Able to demonstrate ability to pick up and run with unfamiliar audit projects
