Location
We operate a flexible hybrid working model across the UK, with colleagues linked to one of our core locations in Titchfield (Fareham) and working between office and remote throughout the week.
ONS operates a hybrid working arrangement – this is where colleagues are required to work in their allocated office location for at least 40% of their work time from April 2024. The 40% office attendance requirement is after the time allocated for study of the apprenticeship. This approach reflects a point in time and is subject to change.
