This role will also give you the opportunity to partner heavily with the senior leadership team, including the CFO. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Management Accountant to join their finance team.
Responsibilities for the Internal Auditor role:
Assist management in ensuring that assignments are completed to time and budget
Assist with risk assessment and controls for future acquisitions
Build relationships with stakeholders to facilitate internal audit programs into the wider organisation
Draft audit planning documents for approval
Manage, perform and control internal audit assignments embracing assignment planning programming, conduct and control of audit work and reporting findings
Partner with internal stakeholders so they can perform controls testing effectively and make necessary changes
Report back findings clearly, setting out recommendations for improvements
Qualifications for the Internal Auditor role:
Must be a fully qualified accountant
Strong attention to detail, analytical and technical skills
Confident communicator able to work with stakeholders at all levels
Audit or internal controls experience is preferred but not essential
