We’re looking for an Internal Comms and Inclusion manager to join our People Team within Welcome Break to help us ensure our communications and inclusion goes beyond the basic requirements; to create an environment where difference is embraced and individuals can flourish.
You will be a key influencer within Welcome Break; working with our leaders to gain their commitment to communicate in a way that creates long term engagement
What will your role look like?
You will be responsible for:
- Creating and delivering the communications and inclusion strategies across Welcome Break
- Ensuring the business communicates clearly and professionally through external social media
- Creating inclusive networks to ensure all groups have a voice within the organisation
- Celebrating diversity through organised events and awareness sessions
- Compiling statistics and reports for the senior leadership on effective communications and inclusion results across Welcome Break through survey results and other data sources
- Innovating our broadcast methods to communicate to all Team Members, such as podcasts, video content, including managing the filming and editing for distribution
About you
Ideally we are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience working in the communications and/or inclusion space
