What You'll Do:
As an InternalCommunications Manager, you'll lead innovative communication strategies, create captivating content, and engage with stakeholders at all levels to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Strategise and implement communication strategies, collaborating for effectiveness.
- Coordinate marketing production, manage social media, and support events.
- Engage operational and managerial communities effectively.
- Plan, manage, and evaluate Internal Communications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, especially during change initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable for advising on best practices.
- Proficiency in creating engaging and visually appealing communications across various channels including social media, intranet, and email.
- Experience with platforms such as Canva, NewsApp, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
